Items we don't ship

We ship most items but cannot ship guns and ammo, tobacco and vaping products, alcohol, or fragile items. We also do not ship most hazardous goods. While we do offer climate control, we are unable to guarantee temperature ranges. Contact our sales department for questions regarding prohibited items and storage.

How fast can Shipvine ship my orders?

Most in-stock orders received by our noon (ET) cutoff ship the same business day; rush options are available until 5 p.m. ET.


Can Shipvine integrate with my online store or marketplace?

Yes. We have native or API integrations for Shopify, Amazon, DSCO and others. We also have EDI connections to major retailers via SPS Commerce and Spring Systems.


Do you offer custom packaging and inserts?

Absolutely. We can add branded gift boxes, tissue paper, stickers, catalogs, flyers, or handwritten notes—making every unboxing on-brand.


How are shipping rates calculated?

We shop multiple carriers in real time to secure the best rate for each package, then pass our discounted commercial rates on to you.


Is there a minimum order volume?

No strict minimums. We work with emerging brands shipping a few hundred orders per month and mature companies shipping tens of thousands.
