Can I choose a specific carrier or service for my orders?
Yes. Shipvine allows you to define fixed rules — for example, always use FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority — or apply dynamic rules by product, channel, or customer type.
How does time-in-transit optimization work?
If multiple services can deliver in the same amount of time, Shipvine’s system automatically picks the cheapest one. For example, we might choose UPS Ground instead of Air if delivery speed is identical.
I don't want to use FedEx (or UPS or USPS) is that okay?
You are in control if you do not want to use a specific courier. We recommend using the big 3 for best pricing and service.
Do I have to use your carrier accounts?
Yes, you must use our accounts. Shipvine requires clients to use our accounts unless it's for very specific requirements such as drop shipping for a large department store or one-off situations.
Can I mix shipping methods across my SKUs or sales channels?
Yes. You can assign different shipping methods by product, Shopify tag, sales channel, or customer type. We support highly customizable shipping logic.
Are your rates discounted?
